Two Steps - THAT's IT! 

Step 1: Pick your preferred date and time in our calendar. Customize your package (themes, add on's, etc). To secure your date and time, we require a $99 deposit.

Step 2: We will send you a separate invoice for remaining balance.

*If payment is not completed 72 hours prior to the scheduled event/picnic, the picnic can and will be subject to cancellation.

We kindly ask for a 72 hour notice for a cancellation. We can change your reservation time or date without an extra charge up to 72 hours before your picnic. Our deposit fee is nonrefundable, no exceptions. We hold the right to cancel an event if there is bad weather or if there is incomplete payment by the deadline of 48 hours prior to your event.

We provide picnics along Southwest Florida Coast. As North as Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Marco Island. *travel fees may apply*

We cannot guarantee specific spots in public locations but we will do our best to find you the perfect spot. Yes, we can set up in other locations besides our beaches, such as parks or private homes/backyards.

Food is not included with any of our base packages. We do offer coordination with pickup/delivery of charcuterie boards, fruit platters and other sweet treats as add-ons. You are more than welcome to bring your own food/beverages.

No, we do not sell alcoholic beverages and are not responsible for those who bring those items to the picnic.  

Yes! There is an additional charge of $60 for each additional hour.

If you would like to leave the picnic before the arranged time, please provide us at least a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. Please note you are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up or until the end time of your picnic.

We understand Florida weather is unpredictable. If bad weather is expected, we can happily reschedule your picnic within 3 months of the original date. We hold the right to cancel and ask you to reschedule your picnic based on our future availability if bad weather, such as lightning, thunder, strong winds and/or rain is expected, for your safety and ours. 

If you're running late, you must let us know. We will wait until you arrive to your picnic, but this will cut into your own picnic time. If you have not contacted us, and have not arrived within 30 minutes of your starting time, we will have to cancel your picnic without the option to reschedule.

• Damages: If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost of item plus any additional fees.
• Deposits: We require a $99 non-refundable security deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date/time.
• Payment Timing: All bookings must be paid in full 72 hours before the picnic, failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of your picnic without the option to reschedule.
• Travel fees may apply for beaches and/or locations outside of Fort Myers/Fort Myers Beach.
